Natural family planning requires a couple to learn when in the cycle of the woman she may be pregnant (usually in the 4 days and 2 days after ovulation). To prevent pregnancy, the couple must have abarrier method of birth control or not have sex in those days. Thereare a number of ways to keep track of a woman's ovulation. All ofthem require a lot of planning and commitment.
